Memory foam is the latest rage in the mattress business. It has some advantages, in that by molding to the body it distributes weight better than other foams. This reduces pressure on all points which normally carry the most pressure, such as shoulders and hips. These advantages are also its biggest disadvantage. The problem associated with memory foam, is when you try to re-adjust your position during sleep. You tend to roll back into the hole. Memory foam is not for everyone, but for painful pressure points, its good thing.
